We bought this Medcline pillow for my wife who was having some shoulder pain. She had surgery almost immediately after we got the pillow and has only used it a couple of times. It provides a wedge shape with an opening that your shoulder goes into so you can sleep on your side with no shoulder pain. $200+ from the manufacturer. Comes with the body pillow as well. Very nice for someone who has pain in either shoulder while sleeping.
