I just bought this Skar EVL 12 inch dual 4 ohm monster. This thing is like 50 lbs of pure madness. I put it in a sealed 3/4 inch MDF box filled with polyfill. It has amazing range and hits super hard. I like sound quality so I have it in a sealed box but this sub gets stupid loud in a ported box. The Amp is a Kicker cxa1200.1 and I have tested it at over 2000 watts RMS at 2 ohms. Its rated for 1200 watts but does so much more it's crazy. I don't want to get rid of this but I have to get rid of my car and I don't want my system going with it. I just bought the skar subwoofer last month and have the receipt.
