12’ Ellsworth Fir LED Christmas Tree from Sam’s Club - 12 foot

Used one time. This is a 12’ Pre-Lit Ellsworth Fir Christmas Tree from Sams Club. A beautiful tree with 1,100 warm white lights that comes in 5 sections for easy set-up. No wires between sections; they are internal. Base: 60” diameter. Aside from the 5 sections of the tree and the foot-pedal light switch, it comes with a huge storage bag, tree stand, and several dozen replacement lights. Why am I getting rid of it? We only have an 8’ ladder; hubby insists on a smaller tree rather than a larger ladder .... and “preferably one with colored lights”. LOL Purchased December 2017 for $394 at Sam’s Club. Reasonable offers considered.
