Car City has such a huge selection of great and reasonably priced vehicles. Fabian and Gabriel were awesome to work with. I called because my engine cover went missing and they tried to bribe or black mail me into changing my previous review because it was “mean and lengthy”. They are mad because I exposed their intentions. Now they mysteriously don’t have the cover, because I won’t change my review. Claiming to have called me but I never had any missed calls from them or any voicemails.

I’m all for supporting small businesses but this is by far the WORST one I’ve come across. Do not trust them. They put the wrong coolant in my Mercedes. Doing that will ruin your engines and create corrosion in your engine, as well as oil leaks. Plus my 5 STAR rated mechanic would never just misplace items of mine or make such a stupid mistake. The car has now had 3 different oil leaks in the last 4 weeks. It’s still jerking around on me. I counted on this business to give me a reliable car and they have insulted me by giving me a car that was abused by people who know nothing about taking care of it. If you get a well running car out of this place, give credit to the previous owners who were responsible enough to take care of it. Car city didn’t do that. They also claim to have extra keys for my car on YouTube and I don’t have those as well…

Gabriel V was extremely helpful with the process of buying a car! Did not have the best credit but he had a few options and made it happen! Now we have a car thanks to him and his Team! Plus their inventory is great!!!
