It features a simple, toolless shield-changing system, an anti-fog/scratch face shield, a washable, moisture-wicking fabric liner and an adjustable ventilation system. Naturally, the EXO-700's a bit heavier than its top-shelf cousins at 3 pounds, 10 ounces, but that extra weight pretty much disappears thanks to a plush liner and padding (though sizing is on the small side). The shield seal is tight, and I found the helmet fairly quiet at speed. Shield change is pretty easy after one run-through: Twisting a large disc on each side releases and attaches the shield to the lid, though the pivot must be lined up perfectly. Fit and finish are impressive, and certainly better than I expected from a $180 helmet. Even the inner fabric wicked away sweat from my skin as advertised.
