Allen 400QR hitch bike rack for transporting bicycles on the back of your Jeep or SUV with a rear mounted spare tire. Used only twice before defect detected (see below). Bought new for $260. Carries up 4 bicycles, 140 LB max capacity. Locks into 2" receiver hitch. Wedge design secures and tightens rack inside of receiver hitch; includes two keys. Quick-fold carry arms drop out of the way when not in use. Extra long hitch insert designed to clear rear-mounted spare tires. IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ: The tilt-away feature for lift-gate access is broken. The spring has disconnected internally so it stays upright while locked into the hitch. Please consider this before deciding to view/buy. Someone with technical skill might be able to fix it. Pick up only.
