bought a 2016 road glide special with plenty of great upgrades. They gave me a great price and I couldn’t be happier. If you’re looking for a used bike and want a good price these are THE guys. If you don’t believe me look up the kbb for a road glide special and compare the price to what i bought it for. There was over $10000 with of upgrades done on the bike and i almost paid nothing. Picked up a Ducati multi Strada, from the shop. Great price and deal fast and easy to work with they have an excellent inventory.  If I’m ever looking for another bike, I will certainly look here first. Highly recommended. Better and owned and operated. And veteran staffed.

Went in and spoke with David, bike was spoken for pending financing. Got a call back that evening and was told that the buyers hadn't responded to calls or texts and the bike was available. We tossed a few figures around and it was the end of David's day so I told him just call me in the morning and we'd hash it out and I'd put $$ down to hold it. No call the next morning, I called 4 to 5 times though out the day and left messages, called the shops direct number and was told he was with a customer and would call me back. Finally at closing calling the shop # I got David who informed me that someone came in this morning and was pending financing when he said he would hold it for me for an unrefundable fee, then he changed his story and said it was the original buyer who they couldn't contact. Long story short...
1. Told me it was available and would hold it agreed to call me back 1st thing next business day.
2. Never called back with good or bad news.
3. Went back on his statement to hold it.
4. Said someone came in this morning. I thought he was holding it for me.....
5. Said it was the original buyer, whom he was going to sell it out from under to me because he couldn't contact them.

I could have easily taken the news it was spoken for, and had until I got a call that it no longer was. Honest and transparent communication is the key to customer service... you lost a guaranteed 2 sales.. 1 to me and the second for my wife.
