I paid $3,469 for these couches, willing to take $1,200. It is in perfect condition. I steam clean it twice a month nome smoking, pet free. The cushions have their normal wear and tear, but nothing out of the ordinary, no rips, no stains all I have to do is take the pillow cases off and wash and dry them so it can be tightly wrapped on the cushions just like you would do jeans that are loose 🤣
