5ft 1975 SeaStar with 1975 Evinrude 70 horse Triumph motor Motor turns but too slow to start. Power issue. Also Needs battery. When routing power directly to starter it turns great but can’t figure out where the resistance is through the cables. I don’t think it would take much to get it going. New starter solenoid. The floor is soft. Captain chairs in good shape. Don’t have the time to put into it anymore. I have new lights for trailer but not installed yet. Also have Bimini top but plastic clip is broken. Lifetime registration on trailer. Message with questions. Thanks!
