Extremely disappointing experience — be cautious.

I had a very frustrating and shady experience at this shop. I went in at 12 PM to get my tires changed and didn’t leave until 6:15 PM — over six hours later.

Initially, I was told it would cost $499 for all four tires, but they didn’t have the right ones in stock. They asked me to leave a $100 deposit so they could order the correct tires, which they claimed would arrive within an hour. I agreed and gave them my number to call me when the tires came in.

Two hours passed with no call. I returned to the shop around 2 PM, only to be told the tires still hadn’t arrived. I left again and called back around 3 PM. The manager, Omer, said the tires were about to leave the warehouse but needed me to confirm the size again. After I confirmed, he called me back shortly after to say the tires now wouldn’t arrive until 6:30 PM — unless I paid an extra $100 for a “better” set that would arrive in 30 minutes. At this point, I felt they were just making things up, likely covering for a mistake they didn’t want to admit.

Since I had to leave town, I agreed to pay the extra $100 just to get it over with. But even then, the tires didn’t show up until 5 PM — far from the promised 30 minutes. I ended up waiting at the shop for hours simply because they already had my deposit and I didn’t want to lose it.

To top it all off, after all that waiting, they didn’t even install one of the valve caps on the new tires — I left with one missing.

This was my first and definitely my last time doing business with this shop. They were dishonest, inconsistent, and completely untrustworthy.

A few months ago, I purchased a vehicle from Auto World, and I can confidently say that the experience exceeded my expectations largely thanks to Omar. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that Omar genuinely cares about his customers. He went above and beyond to ensure I was approved for financing and even took the extra step of helping me secure a significantly lower rate on my auto insurance something I had been overpaying for years.

What stood out the most was his professionalism and patience. At no point did I feel pressured or rushed. Unlike many other dealerships where salespeople can be overly aggressive, Omar allowed us the time and space to carefully inspect the vehicle and take it for a proper test drive. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and handled with integrity.

Omar also worked diligently to get us the monthly payment we were aiming for, showing that he truly had our best interests in mind. My family has been purchasing vehicles from Auto World for several years now, and every experience has been positive. It’s rare to find a dealership that consistently provides this level of service and transparency.

Such a wonderful experience! Kobe was a great agent! He helped me pick out a fantastic car at an awesome price! I live out of town, and found a SUV I liked at AutoWorld online.  I showed interest and Omar contacted me immediately.  He was responsive to all my questions, did his best to align our schedules, and although I could not make it to Sac to get the truck in time (sadly it sold), he stayed in touch with me until they ultimately sold the Suburban to another.  I just really appreciate the time he put in, and the constant communication.  Don't sleep on their cars/trucks.  You snooze, you lose.  Thanks for the great customer service Omar!
