Epi No Birth Training Device

A wonderful invention to help a pregnant mom prepare for birth. Much better than perineal massages! You use it towards the end of the third trimester. Helps to gently stretch over time, the aim is to reduce or completely prevent any damage from happening during birth I am grateful I used it as a worried first time mom. I ended up with an unwanted induction and failed epidural. Despite all the pain and birth trauma, I had no tearing, no need for stitches. I believe this and kegel weights really helped. My pelvic floor was very strong but stretched and relaxed and the nurses were all shocked at how quickly my son was born, with me being a first time mom (you usually have to push for at least a half hour with your first , usually longer. My son came in less than 10 mins) The best part is it gets you used to the feeling of crowning. You know what to expect and how to push (push wrong and it's not very effective and you can get hemorrhoids lol). It's the only way I know of to actually" practice " birthing. If done properly over time, there is no pain or discomfort using this All parts of medical grade materials, mostly silicone able to be fully sterilized.
