DO NOT buy a truck from this business. Blown head gasket after 2 months of owning the vehicle. I bought a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado LT from Marcos and shad on march 30th, 2025. When I first bought the truck it had a flashing check engine light and a shaking motor and I was promised from shad written down on paper that they will fix the check engine light. I took the truck back into the dealership right after purchasing it the next day for the first time for them to repair the check engine light. They had the truck most of my 15 day warranty. I picked up the truck and a day later the truck threw another check engine light and had a cylinder 7 misfire. I told them about it and they said bring it back in which I did. They said it was ready to go again and picked up the truck. Then a week later after they repaired the cylinder misfire, it started to leak gas out by the engine. The truck was shaking again and loss of power. The truck was over heating and leaked out coolant. Ever since I bought this truck from day one it has been having problems after problems and they lied to me about repairing the check engine light. Now 2 months later I ended up having to pay $1,600 out of pocket because the truck blew a head gasket. Shad told me there’s warranty for the repair of the blown head gasket. Now as of today June 10th, 2025 the truck threw another check engine light after getting the blown head gasket repaired for code P06DD, which is for engine oil pressure control circuit. I told shad about it and he said that doesn’t cover warranty and is now trying to charge me another $1,200 to get it repaired. I have lost tons of wages from work because my truck has been in the shop for weeks at a time .The truck has been in the shop at least 5 times under 3 months of owning the vehicle. PLEASE DO NOT BUY from AUTOMARCOS LLC and take my advice to save your time and hard working money.

Shad was very honest and I have to ship the thing home because I’m 2400 miles away and they are all pleasant and nice to deal with.

Great experience!! Shad was awesome and very helpful. We were able to talk before driving all the way to the valley to take a look at the trucks we were interested in. They were easy going and let us review our options and test drive before we decided on the one that fit our needs best. Definitely recommended!

Because I have not built up my credit, I was having a hard time finding a loan big enough for the vehicle that I’ve been needing for my family.

After finding the Tahoe online I went right away.

I was skeptical because of where the shop was located but I pressed on with good intentions.

I asked for a test drive, and Shad just handed my wife and I the keys to the SUV and let us drive around for a bit.

We found a couple of cosmetic issues with the vehicle and after coming back we addressed it to them and they took care of it right away.

We came in the next day and everything we listed that was wrong was fixed.

We bought the vehicle and drove away excited in our new car.

The next day the check engine light came on and I took it straight to AutoZone to see what was wrong.

Called Shad and he told us to bring it in.

Everything was fixed and they even compensated for the gas that they used to test drive the vehicle after the issue was resolved.

Shad and Marcos were very understanding, easy to speak too, friendly and willing to help us out without hassle, complaint, or wrong attitude.

If we need another vehicle in the future, I would be coming back with my family.

Well , in April my jeeps transmission went out and i needed a truck pretty bad  so i looked up some dealers and i found automarcos and i bought a truck from them. They had some good reviews and i decided to give it a shot. I've heard all the advice from people like don't buy from a small dealer or what ever but i decided to give it a shot. The sales guys there were pretty cool and patient so i felt at ease. When we were at the loan office after i signed the papers and got the keys the guy told me don't worry man i know were a small dealer but its a good truck you have nothing to worry about. My mistake is that i should have paid for the extended warranty but honestly i could not afford it and they wouldn't budge on the price for the Silverado. So 3 months and 4k miles later later i start to hear a griding noise from under the truck and its shifting really rough and has a rough idle so i take it to a couple of shops all of them telling me that the transmission is on its way out and its going to cost me 3-4k to get the transmission rebuilt or replaced and im still making payments on the damn thing. I called Auto Marcos and let them know what was happening and his first question was did you get the extended warranty no apologies or sympathy he didn't really seem to care the best he could do was send me his recommended transmission repair shops. So thats why I'm giving 1 star i mean they sold me a truck with a bad transmission, But i guess its really my fault because i should have gone with the extended warranty. That's my advice for anyone else either get the extended warranty or go somewhere else.
