89 Mercury 90hp Outboard Motor Good The engine is good with good compression, turns over with no issues, comes with hydraulic tilt, controls, and 18g gas tank. Bad The lower unit is bad. Assuming it's a gear issue. I am assuming that it is a gear issue. I have seen lowers for as low as $400. I know if it's repaired this outboard it could sell for $3000 to $4000. I am looking for $500 or a trade for a working 20 to 35hp outboard with controls.
