We bought a 2009 bmw 328i here about 3 years ago. Recently paid it off couple months ago. The car has been awesome and trouble free. Would come back to purchase another car when I'm in the market again.

Test drove a 2000 Miata Mx-5 LS at 117k miles. To start off with they couldn't have cared less that I was a potential customer. I waited for 20 minutes for a salesman while I watched them walk across the room, point in my direction and laugh, the only person who was willing to talk about anything was the receptionist, and that was AFTER I had walked up and asked about a salesman multiple times. FINALLY I am able to speak to a mechanic, not even a salesman,  about driving the Miata. Before and after driving the car I looked under the hood, while looking under the hood I noticed some oil coming from the top of the engine (most likely a head gasket or valve cover gasket replacement needed) despite the owner stating every car is in perfection condition and checked by his mechanics regularly. Despite the leak I was ready to purchase the car and fix the issue if they would work on the price. The salesman said he would talk to the owner, walked away for less than a minute and came back saying that he had a full conversation and that the price was not negotiable. OK I thought, I will just have the car inspected to see if there is an issue or not before I purchase it right? WRONG. I call to make sure that they would let me take the car to Mazda (since it is a Mazda...DUH)  for a pre-purchase inspection, not only do I get told no, but I get told by the owner that I should take my business elsewhere because I am clearly a young privileged child then proceeded to hang up on me. I work in this industry and I can say for a fact that this is not common practice. At the very least why bring someones age and status into it instead of politely explaining, not to mention that they are blatantly lying about vehicle conditions. (for the record I am not well off, hence why I am shopping for a car less than 10k) The only proper assumption is that this is a shady place of business (if you can call it that) and that they just want to take your money and run.

Reasonable. Fair. Reliable. You need a car? Then carcraft is your vibe.
