This item is for purchase ONLINE ONLY! Measures: measures about 42.5" tall by 56" wide, tires are 22"-24" ( inside vs outside). Condition: Tires are flat, one of the break handles has a chipped end (doesn't effect use), scuffs, scratches, rust possible but overall appears solid.
