Description
Please read description!! 50 gal 40,000 btu rheem natural gas water heater unit. It was only used for one week exactly then something burned out on it. I use liquid propane gas and was unaware that this “gas” unit would not suffice with my power source. Something burned out in the unit but have been told that the parts could be easily fixed. So 1,000 brand new I paid for it and am hoping to recoup $400 obo. Easy flip for someone who knows what they are doing. Any questions please ask. Pickup only.
