In excellent condition and cared for with home theater/audio file obsession in non-smoking home. Two rubber stoppers on TV have been replaced and not visible when seated and components or TV is on it. Audio rack is 27”Wx60”Hx24”D. TV stand/rack is 45”Wx24”Hx24”D. Real cherry with audio cable management system in rear.
