2004 28ft Carson fun runner toy hauler 242FC. This is a great toyhauler that was slightly remodeled for emergency living with a 8ft section raised floor for storage(rear garage area has space for one atv or two motorbikes before the raised floor. Has 630AH battery bank consisting of Interstate deep cycle 6v batteries. 2500W puresine wave power inverter. 40A AND a 20A Renogy Rover MPPT controllers. 1 LG Qcells 330W solar panel, 2 foldable panels each 180W. 13500BTU ceiling AC unit. 18000BTU propane furnace. 700W microwave. 10 cu. Ft refrigerator with freezer. Two 7gallon propane tanks. Wash and spin dry laundry unit. Extra 15gallon fresh water barrel. Includes everything you need for self contained living on the road. Electric tongue jack. 10k lbs rated The Equalizer WDH. Tekonsha prodigy 3 electric brake controller. Full spare tire. All four tires have under 200miles and in excellent condition(purchased approx. 1 1/2yrs ago). Door lock upgraded to Onnais remote keyless entry. Rubber 3 rubber wheel chocks(lost one). Tow vehicle side mirror extension pair. 2 sets of Camco leveling blocks. 2 6k lbs rated leveling jacks(detached) Four samsung cctv security cameras(front, rear and left right sides) with direct and monitor with remote access capability. Assortment of clean Tupperware, silverware, and loge cast iron skillet in the three burner stove top kitchen. 1340/1590CFM 2 speed circulation fan. Fresh water hose 25' Collapsing garden/city water hose. Various length cooper wire for general electrical upgrade/repairs, ranging from 10awg to 2/0awg(might be 1/0awg EDIT ADD 4/23: Decided to just add the various "other accessories" I mentioned when they come to mind .... Pair of tow vehicle side mirror attaching extensions for added viewing clearance. Sherline tongue weight scale 1000lbs rated to eliminate "guesstimating" a critical safety parameter. Full disclosure, it is not pristine and COULD benefit from some elbow grease(mainly aesthetics, as can be evidenced from the photos. Top sun shade canopy was repaired but could use replacement . 50gal fresh water tank, 27gal Grey and black tanks with no leaks whatsoever. 6gal water heater. Everything has been maintained by me and works as it would be expected to. Roof was treated with generous amount of Henry's and has been solid. Only issue would be with a minor(minor drip level) leak from the sunlight escape hatch during heavy rain. Never needed a tarp or any other eyesore. Has never had a rodent or cockroach/bug infestation. Awning material is in dire need of replacement but functions as expected to(EDIT: tore a section yesterday pulliing it down to inspect, now would require fabric replacement in order to properly use) This toy hauler might not be for everyone, but it could very well be the perfect one for someone. UPDATE: forgot to mention that I have the title in hand which is clear with no lien holders. 3/31 UPDATE: Due to numerous requests, I have uploaded a couple pics of the interior of the hauler. It is a front facing kitchen and shower/bathroom. There is no wall partitioned bedroom like some weekend warrior models were built with. The carpeted area is the raised floor section. Last but not least, behind the Snoopy draping is the remaining garage area of the hauler. Back there is the washer/spin dryer, a wen 3800 inverter generator(needs minor repair of parts replacement. Specifically the cooling fan blade and flywheel sensor/magnet), and also a nearly brand new Rigid 16gallon ShopVac(the motor can be detached to also be used as a powerful blower). I disconnected the security system monitor, but if anyone really would like to see that lit up in order to sway their decision to buy, please lmk and I will accommodate ASAP. Thanks again
