Today, I got a car to go to work because Frank, my salesman, made it happen.   Thank you so much for your help and, more importantly financing me.   Frank has many years in this industry and makes everything a lot easier.     I will send you my family and friends as I was treated with respect, and for that, you have earned my business. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP. I only leave bad reviews when the service is REALLY bad. Came in to test drive one of the cars they had which was marked at 17,999 but when I asked for the numbers, it came out to 23,200. They were going to charge me 2000 dollars for a “security chip” which I didn’t even want, and when I went home to get funds, I called in to try and negotiate the fees and they hung up on me saying they would call me back in a second and they never did. Should’ve looked at the other reviews before even coming here at all. They DO NOT negotiate pricing. Such a ghetto dealership if they would have had the courtesy of at least calling me back I wouldn't be leaving this review 😂. They seem nice at first when you go in but don’t be fooled.

Went in to buy a car cash. Was treated like I didn’t have money because the car I pulled up in was in the process of bodywork. Some blonde girl pulled up and the salesman started thinking with the wrong head. Just because someone doesn’t look like they have money, doesn’t mean they don’t. They had a nice s2k, they lost the sale in that. Had a budget of $40k. I ended up going next door and got treated like an actual person.

While there I did look at a few cars. The ones that were unlocked at least, the salesman was apparently too busy to grab keys. One of which was a bmw suv, covered in oil leaks, viable half assed attempt to pressure wash the engine bay. Some of their cars are alright, but definitely get a poi from a 3rd party before buying here.

Excellent service, Ralphy and Moe kept things curt and straightforward, no extra unnecessary Dealership fees, cars are in beautiful condition and buffed beautifully to ensure you drive off with a nice shiny car! I’d recommend purchasing from here 10x over and when I need another car, Crown Auto Gallery will be the first place I go to

My Dad and I were interested in a Subaru BRZ and Frank Davila helped us out when we got there. He was so nice to us and was able to work with us on a trade-in. He even helped get the car out of a tight spot for us to test drive, and it went well! We left the dealership with the car because of him, so thank you Frank. You made the deal happen.
