I bought this laptop on Amazon a year ago. One day I shut down the laptop by holding down the power button because it froze. When I turned it back on it was stuck In automatic repair mode. I was told that I have to re-Install windows by using an external flash drive. They said it would cost about $40 at Best Buy. I just want to get rid of this thing as soon as possible because I need the money. It should be the latest version of windows. Comes with charger.
