Looking for 2 weeks for F150 4x4 out of San Antonio. All priced high. Found Shawn's on cargurus. Had great ratings with them and BBB.  Most used dealers aren't with BBB. Manuel was great. Before I went inside the lobby, Rojar introduced himself and made me feel welcome. We started looking at cars and he knew which one I was most interested in before I told him. Even though we looked at others, at the end of the day I was driving the vehicle I was after, and I have never felt more satisfied with a transaction. It's the way business should be done. With two people sealing the deal with an honorable handshake.
I have already recommended Shawn's Auto to three different people. Several have complimented my selection, and are impressed by the price paid, for what looks like a brand new vehicle.

At first, I was somewhat hesitant about the dealership when I encountered the car listing; however, the consistently positive reviews encouraged me to visit and I was not disappointed. Upon arrival, I found the vehicle to be in excellent condition, which was remarkable given it was a seven-year-old pre-owned car. My experiences at larger dealerships had not been satisfactory with regard to used vehicles, but the cars at this dealership are notably well maintained. The purchase process went smoothly, and both Manuel and Maria demonstrated professionalism throughout.
