Seats 3 people comfortably. Includes a spacious storage chaise and easily converts into a bed. Used for about a year, still in good condition. Selling only because we are moving out. note that pls. you can see it in the last three pics. the extended part can lean slightly and may slip down if not adjusted. to prevent this, you just need to straighten it by hand after opening, and then it stays in place.
