Eternal GU-195S Tankless Hybrid Water Heater, 19.5 GPM, propane or gas

Apologies in advance for the picture orientation. I'm selling this water heater, which was removed from a 5k sq. ft. rental house in 2016, before a remodel. This was a warranty replacement (because there are two sets of owners manuals, and serial numbers), manufactured in 2014, and installed in 2015. I removed it in February, 2016. It was uninstalled by me personally, and I verified it was working with hot water, over many days when I was there on site. From online research, itseems like this model had some quality issues, but I believe that this was with earlier production manufacturing. Eternal is out of business, but parts are still available for this online, especially for a commonly reported flow control issue. Uses 3" PVC pipe for intake and exhaust, and a 3/4" gas line.
