used like new. barely used, no stains no rips no odors at all. , sat few times but never use living room so was for decor only. has some light dog hair they never sat on it but my dogs shed so the hair flys around so could be rolled off with lint roller. brand new other than that told that the covers are removable and washable just never did that or tried to because we never sit on couch anyways. originally $3k new ; It breaks down into sections so you can use it anywhere however you would like. I would say each section is about 3-4ft. It is super comfortable and with the neutral color this sofa will look great in any home with any style!
