Joe was amazing and super helpful during my experience of buying a 2011 X5 through them. Very transparent about the past ownership of the vehicles as well as any icks they may have. Highly recommend and will definitely visit again when seeking to buy another vehicle!

After making a 100 mile trip to check out a vehicle with an appointment, I was unable to take the vehicle on a test drive. It was blocked behind another vehicle and a van that was doing "mobile paint/body" work. I was willing to still put down a deposit on the vehicle with the understanding that if there's anything wrong on the test drive, we would get our deposit back and could walk away. We drove another 100 miles the next day to try and test drive the vehicle, only to find the office was locked up because they were out at the car wash cleaning up a vehicle (other than the one we wanted to purchase) Once on the test drive we heard some suspension noise and the vehicle wanted to change lanes on its own at freeway speeds. That began a whole back and forth on if we could even get our deposit back because they had "taken it off the market" for less than two days. They tried to go against their word and barter about exactly if or how much they would refund for our deposit. Even after getting the "ok" for a refund, it needed several follow up calls to process and actually post (almost 2 weeks later when promised 1-2 business days). We were still hit with "other fees" and didn't get our full deposit back. This was supposed to all be in good faith that the vehicle was in sound condition, and it was not! If you have any questions about this shady lot, just stop by and try and find a place to park. If you've talked to someone to let them know you're interested in a vehicle...would you not have that vehicle easily accessible? Or at the very least have a parking spot that the customer can park? Nope, not at this lot...stop...look...RUN AWAY!

I purchased a very nice used car one with heated seats all bells and whistles!
Then he drove me back to Ferry so I didn't have to drive in all the Seattle traffic!

This place is a mess. Cars parked so close together that you can't walk between them. I called to test drive a blue crosstrek and when I showed up, he presented a bright orange one, which was a deal-breaker. I decided to test drive it anyway, but when I told him I wasn't going to buy it, he pressed me to tell him why. I said it was the color and he proceeded to argue with me, saying "it's a hot color" 🤣 I don't care if it's hot, it's not what I came to see. Also they were doing body work on a car right in the middle of the lot, enveloping the whole place in a cloud of chemicals. Two stars instead of one because the car seemed OK (at best).
