*Buyer Beware..Everyone please review the unused car rule by the FTC.  The information regarding the car was not posted in the window of my daughters vehicle and thank goodness I took pictures of the car on the lot. This covers us under the FTC used car rule and I am going to request a full refund.  I took pictures of the car on the lot before purchase. No papers at all on the car windows, inside or outside. I just want what is owed to us.
Also start looking up the VIN numbers of these vehicles. I don't want this to happen to anyone else.

BUYER BEWARE*. engine blown and paid 7k cash... I contacted the dealership asking for a reliable vehicle for my college student. Omar(Moe) advised me to get the Mitsubishi over another car listed as it wasn't reliable. I paid cash for the car almost 7k. The first day the car broke down on the freeway to Kent state. Moe accused my daughter in driving in the wrong gear and blamed her for the car breaking down in one day of having it. I called and Omar(Moe) had the car towed and gave my daughter a loaner car for about 1 week. He said it was a faulty or loose hose. My daughter got the car back and 2 weeks later, check engine light and oil light came on and again the car stop accelerating on the freeway which is what it did on the first day. I texted Omar(Moe)recently to tell him with no response. Now I'm facing repairing a car that I spent almost 7k on that won't pass the e-check because of this issue and still has temporary plates that expire tomorrow. Do yourself a favor and just I expressed need for my daughter to have reliable transportation. I don't know how I'm going to get her car fixed and I feel terrible that I bought her a car with my hard earned money that hasn't ran right since I bought it. See attached proof of car issues. If he is willing to admit and fix the real car issue I would change my rating because he seemed nice. ( It's a front, see below) But this rating is on the car purchased quality and not the buying experience. (See update) He is a crook and disrespectful and liar. He will blame you for the junk car he sold..

5/18/24 update.
I brought my car back to the dealership per Omar (Moe) direction after I called twice about the report attached.  He said he would look at it. I said for a second how much do you charge? He said they will repair for free, since it's there error.  So my daughter and I dropped the car off Thursday he told my daughter it was ready pick to pick up Friday but he wanted to speak with me and not my daughter about the car.  We get there and he proceeds to yell at my daughter and I saying no oil in the car, where did it go? I said we don't know the oil light keeps coming on and we had to get 3 oil changes while we had it. My daughter was in college so we couldn't bring it back to him immediately. He got louder and louder and said we tore up the engine. My daughter had the car a little over 30 days. He told us to get out of his dealership and called me a B**** when I said you know you sold me a junk car. We get outside he slammed a door in my face through a lite cigarette butt at me and called me out of my name again and threaten to put his hands on me and my daughter.  The cops were called to the scene I called first then he called. This incident will be taken to court.Check the BBB rating it's F. I wish I would have done that first. Read the comments and the things hard working citizens said about him. We have a video of the incident as well. Totally unprofessional and not the same attitude of the person we bought the car from. After reading other reviews it seems the above is his pattern. So sad. Please read BBB rating it gets worse. They have an F rating and the things that customers(victims) say is shocking. I wish I would have checked there first. Ugh

This place is a scam, if you want to shop at Matilda's dad's Auto Shop you have the right one. My daughter's car engine has blown and only had the car 30 days. I paid cash 6.5k for trash. Moe is not honest and is very disrespectful once you ask questions about issues with the car he is disrespectful, dishonest and accuses the buyer of breaking the car, driving in the wrong gear. He threatened to put his hands on me and my daughter. He is not a man of his word. Please visit the BBB before buying anything from this lot. The positive reviews on here are fake. The dealership pays for views. The BBB shares the true story. "F" rating, so there is no way that the website is 4.9 stars. Please do your research and don't believe anything anyone from this shop tells you. I'm out of 6.5 k and looking at either another 4k for new engine or junking the car throwing away 6.5k and going to a reputable car dealership and buying her a new car. My hard working money gone in days. Save yourself the heartache and frustration. Please....

I bought a 2017 Ram from them. Not even 2 weeks later the car made a loud grinding noise from the front wheels.  I went back to them. They fixed something  for $700.  The truck made the same noise after their repair as soon as pulled up from their yard - and more and more noise every day. I went back multiple times and they thought that I'm totally stupid and it's a different issue.
I'm not recommending them to anyone. They are very dishonest and unprofessional.  Plus the tittle hasn't been issued since 45 days. I'm here with a truck that making noise like an Amish buggy and no title in my hand that means I can't put the truck plate on it and can't work with it.  Ended up paying $700 for a phony repair.

Just bought my wife and I a jeep from this car lot. Walked out with a friendship. The service is great even with a few issues that arose they handled them. Funny thing is I stop in now just to say hi and drink coffee. Highly recommend purchasing a vehicle if you're in the market.
