I recently purchased my G63 from Mercedes-Benz of Bellevue, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience with David. I had an outstanding experience with my car purchase at MB Bellevue, majorly due to my exceptional sales associate, Elizabeth Hernandez. She was always reachable, responsive and kept things ready before I arrived.

She spent a considerable time showing me the car I wanted, took me for a test drive, showed me the cool features the car came with, and calmly answered all my questions throughout my interactions with her. Most importantly, she helped a lot in sticking with my budget for the car. After the sale, she also told me I could reach out any time if I had any questions and took some pretty sweet pics of me with the car.

She was humble, polite and informative throughout the transaction and I would highly recommend shopping with her at MB Bellevue.

I had briefly removed this review when I thought they reached out to acknowledge the issue, but sadly that was not the case – an obvious indicator of how they view their customers.

The sales experience for our new 2025 G-class went smoothly (shocker) but that’s about where their courtesy and kindness ends, as mentioned by many others in past reviews. Since purchasing the vehicle a year ago, we’ve made 3 service appointments (one for a leaky tire, one for a recall notice, and another for Service A).

For the first, they turned us away upon arrival because they didn’t have the tire… something they probably could’ve let us know ahead of time before we drove into the dealership, but we figured this was a one-off mistake.

For the second appointment, we were turned away upon arrival yet again because they “were super busy and the recall wasn’t that big of a deal anyway, so just return with your Service A.” to which we still responded with patience.

Finally for the most recent appointment, I received a text just hours beforehand (after rearranging my workday) saying they miscalculated the number of loaner vehicles and advising me to reschedule.

While the service associates themselves have generally been kind and professional, the way the operation itself is managed has absolutely no regard for the customer’s time. All of the above would likely be forgivable if they would, at the very least, acknowledge the mistakes made and indicate some consideration to do better. Instead, my contact attempts to my original Sales Manager, the General Manager, and others were all completely ignored. Ultimately the Service Manager did offer to set me up with another appointment, but he still refused to respond to the issues above. How an entire team of people with this work ethic got into positions of management is beyond me.

I sincerely regret having purchased a vehicle here, and I recommend any potential buyers consider MB of Lynnwood instead where our past service and sales experiences have been nothing short of perfect. Our decision to purchase from Bellevue was purely inventory-related, but we won’t be making that mistake twice.

I had a pretty exceptional experience at Mercedes-Benz of Bellevue and thought it would be valuable to share. My experience centered around a young man named Riley You, he was my sales person. Riley never employed any high pressure sales tactics, but he always made sure to make himself accessible by providing his cell phone number and occasionally texting valuable/relevant information related to my automotive needs. He has this genuine authenticity to him that is very much the "Aloha" spirit, and that probably comes by way of where he's from (Hawaii). He was able to help me find the perfect vehicle to use as a comfortable car to commute in, and I'm certain that I will be purchasing more vehicles from him and this dealership. I give Riley and the Mercedes-Benz/Bellevue team a 5 star rating for the exceptional service that I received. If you're on a hunt for a Mercedes, anywhere in the nation - you should reach out to Riley You at Mercedes-Benz of Bellevue. I give him my highest possible recommendation.

I had a great experience with MB of Bellevue. Mostly due to my sales associate, Peter Shalin. He worked very hard to get me the deal I needed, and made sure the whole transaction was efficient and easy. He then spent a considerable amount of time teaching me about all the car could do, including live demonstrations. It never felt rushed, I feel like he would have spent as much time with me as I wanted. Lastly, even after the sale was done he still gave me all of his contact info and said to reach out anytime with any questions, indefinitely. I felt very good about the whole transaction.
