Online shopping and buying a luxury car over the phone? Working with Cole Kaiser at DaVinci Automotive was smooth and enjoyable. He always answers his phone and responds quickly with texts. Documents and photos were shared including CarFax and service history. Purchasing and shipping the car home to us was quick and easy!  We acquired a gorgeous car at a great price!

Bought a Mercedes Maybach 2018 20 thousand miles. Car is in great condition.
Called and spoke with Dani to view car as we live within driving distance.
Dani helped us toured the lot which has a good selection of high end vehicles.
Process was not complicated for us as we saw the car we liked,  test drove it twice, paid cash, got a warranty and drove it away.

I did not get a discount off the car price after requesting. Attempted to trade in my van, but the trade in value was too low so we opted to not do a trade in.
After two weeks of having the car, I called Dani about the tile of car. He had completed electronic title, so I had to go the DMV and pay ten dollars to get my paper title.

Car dealership was easy to work with.
Dani was very helpful and responsive to questions.

I love my new car! Overall a great experience and lower dealer fees than anywhere else we looked. The prices are great too. Cole was awesome to work with. We were in and out and it was a very smooth transaction. Thanks Di Vinci!

Even though my appointment was made well in advance, and Cole knew I was coming from out of state, the car was in no way prepared for me to view it. Dirty, interior parts trim missing, undisclosed issues, unworking seatbelt, dried leaves and webs in engine bay.  Totally missed the mark and I was willing to leave a deposit if the car was good. Oh well.
