I wanted to love this place. Its been a staple in the valley for a long time. However, for a company that boasts about being here over 100 years, you would think they would want to be honest.

I was lured a 2.5 hour drive to come pick up a 2024 Limited longhorn. Placed a deposit the night before as well.

You can clearly see in the text messaging, Nick stated there was no scratches or dents on the truck. The ad also stated it had 19800 miles.

Upon arrival, the tailgate of the truck was absolutely destroyed. Dented everywhere. See photos. And, there was 440 more miles on the truck than advertised. The truck was filthy inside. Never even detailed or cleaned.

We gave them an option to replace the tailgate, and we would pay asking price. They said NO.  We asked them to take 2k of the purchase price, as it would cost us 2800 to buy one ourselves, they said NO.

Beware of traveling long distances to see used vehicle. They lie, and they don't post accurate true photos on line.

EDIT TO YOUR RESPONSE: You, again are lying. Lying so badly, you should be ashamed. Your response completely ignored the complaint. You LIED to a potential customer and stated in writing "there was no damage, its clean". A totaled tailgate, is not "clean undamaged"  You LIED.

We simply asked for 2k off the price to purchase a new tailgate ourselves, which would have cost 2800.00.

You said NO.

Your notes are not even correct in your system and your "manager" didn't even understand what we were asking for.

Now, you have the price dropped on it by 1500 because it won't sell in that condition, when you could have done right by us and dropped it 2k.

We purchased new 2026 in Albuquerque. But, thank you.
