The safe was purchased after much research and countless hours of reviewing actual customer reviews about the product to come up with the best purchase possible. The reason this safe is better than 90% of the others out there and why we purchased it for our office initially is because the safe has two ways to access it digitally and the classic way in the rear event that one or the other happens to not work which is a common thing when it comes to safe as they are not used too often. This specific model has the least amount of issues and repair requests because of how versatile it is and honestly the best thing about this is that if one way to enter is not working for some reason you have a backup. Something the others do not
