West Elm Blake Sectional Soda (Verona Dove)

We're remodeling our home and sadly the chaise section is on the wrong side for the new layout. This microsuede, 2-piece sectional, chaise sofa is very comfortable and the grey color works well with many decors (actual fabric color name: Verona Dove). The cushions and body are in outstanding condition: this section is in our secondary living room and actually doesn’t get used often. Our home is smoke and cat free (we have dogs but they don’t go into this room often and are never on this sectional). The frame has minor scuffs along the bottom as shown in the detailed pictures, but really isn’t noticeable from a distance. The removable cushions are 50/50 down/polyester fiber and their casings are removable for easy cleaning. The sofa section is 67" wide by 35" deep, the chaise section is 67" deep by 35" wide, and they're both 29" tall. Please serious inquiries only. Willing to deliver locally for a delivery fee of $100.
