Really just posted this to see what kind of offers I can get. I’m currently living in it but for the right amount I can pack up and move right out. All the electric works all the appliances work I use the freezer and fridge every day. I have used the stove the water and everything works. It is not hooked up to water currently though because there is an issue with the toilet we have the part just not the time to fix it. It does have some leaks also I’ve got a couple of tarps up on it. It’s manageable and could be easily fixed with some buddy who knows what they’re doing shoot me an offer
