From the moment we arrived, the experience was extremely negative. The manager treated us with complete disrespect, speaking in an offensive and unprofessional manner. While the sales staff were polite, the way the manager addressed us was absolutely unacceptable.

We were fully aware of my father’s credit situation, and we never expected a perfect deal. What we did expect, however, was to be treated with respect and professionalism. Instead, when I reacted to the extremely high interest rate, the manager responded sarcastically and in a condescending tone, making comments that no customer should ever hear.

If you value respect, professionalism, and customer service, I strongly recommend thinking twice before doing business here. A dealership that treats people this way clearly does not put its customers first.
