Description

Specifically, I am selling: 1). 2005 Miss Albee Award, Avon President’s Club 2005-06, fine porcelain figurine, with congratulatory card. I had to cut the tape on the styrofoam to get the figurine out as my Mom never opened it. It was first touched by human hands today! Incredibly, these are selling for anywhere between $50-100+…without the box! I am asking $24…which is a steal considering its condition. 2). 2011 Miss Albee Award, Avon President’s Club 2011-12, fine porcelain figurine, with original congratulatory letter. Same as above… she never cut the styrofoam tape and opened it up. She just stored it. I looked these up on the internet and people are asking anywhere from $30-80 most without the box. I am asking $24. If you want both figurines, I will sell them as a pair for $40 total ($8 savings). 3). Avon Emerald Decanter, 9.5-inches tall, sparkling glass, 1982. Average internet asking price about $25. I will sell this for $9. 4). Cristal d’Arques Taille Lead Crystal Decanter from France. She got this on a European cruise and it is NOT AVON. 24% cut lead Crystal. J.G. Durand & Cie, 62510 Arques, France. Combourg label on box. These are selling from $40-100 (wide range). I believe a more-than-fair offer to you is $35. It’s never been out of the box until today! If you want this carafe/decanter as well as the Emerald decanter above (#3 in listing), I will sell the pair for $40. 5). European Style Translucent Glass Candy with Frosted Glass Dish resembling wrapped European sweets. This is GORGEOUS! Avon 2001. Average $10 on internet without box. It can be yours for $7. 6). Gifts of Nature Porcelain Egg Collection “Winter’s Treasure” poinsettia made in Japan 1987. Selling for $10. I am asking $5. If you want this egg and the European candy dish, I will do both for $10. 7). Avon Spring Bouquet Fragranced Vase Oriental Red modeled after Chinese porcelains (1981). Average asking price is about $15. I am asking a mere $5! 8). The final three items are a 1999 Avon President’s Club Tribute Bisque Porcelain floral dish (no box), Pastel Basket Bud Vase, and Fostoria Crystal Bud Vase/scented Carnation. These are $1 each. However, I will allow you to select one of these three for FREE for every two items you do purchase in this lot (items #1-7 in this listing). I have the original boxes and packaging for these items. Mom only opened the boxes to let her customers see them. There are no flaws. They have been stored in totes for decades. Please examine all my pictures to confirm their beauty and see the sizes. My Mom sold Avon products for thirty years. She accumulated boxes upon boxes of inventory that I will be selling/listing in the upcoming months (so please check back). All of the items are UNUSED and NEW OLD STOCK. This is why I select “New With Tags” as the condition in the Item Specifics. Please examine all the pictures as I am doing my best to be transparent about the condition of the items and the boxes (packaging). We try to get an idea of what her items are worth comparing them to similar pieces on the internet, i.e. Google, eBay, etc. My listings will be a STEAL compared to the prices others are asking for the same items. Keep in mind…these items come in the original manufactured packaging. The majority of people do not have the original boxes in their listings. We just want to pass them along to those who will appreciate them. To be fair to anyone who makes an offer, I will sell them on a “first come, first serve” basis. I cannot be online while I am at work so I may not immediately answer your request. I will sell these for CASH ONLY and meet you at Traverso’s Restaurant parking lot, 2523 Plainfield-Naperville Rd., in Naperville. Thank you so much for looking!
