I have been dealing with sales associates for a few days now and was getting pretty discouraged until I met him.  I know I can be a handful myself, but he handled me professionally and kindly right up to the point of the sale.  He was not pushy, He was patient, He listened to what I wanted, Gave me several options, He is everything you want in a sales rep.  I would highly recommend him. I had a great experience here. This has not been the case with other Toyota dealerships unfortunately. I drove 3 hours to purchase a vehicle here. John was my sales manager and he gave me honest numbers and held his word with pricing. Bryan was my finance guy and he made me and my dad super comfortable. I had the best car buying experience of my life today at AutoNation in Pinellas Park. The sales associate Victor was personable, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and funny. He met all my car buying needs with speed and experience beyond his years. Brian in the finance department assisted me in obtaining a loan and even helped me with some speeding tickets. Above and beyond expectations. I am driving away in a Lexus which I thought was beyond financial reach due to Victor and Brian’s help.
