This is the MEDIUM sized Pro version (newest version) in black with triple ratio options. Added resistance comes from using Olympic-sized plates (the plate hole size, that is). It is so smooth and quiet, and its most amazing feature, the cable length is a little over 20 feet long! There is nothing else on the market like it, allowing for all manner of truly athletic movement training. And, yes, while anathema to FP, if so inclined, you can use this for whatever you would use any Freemotion or Functional trainer pulley machine (hypertrophy movements like flyes, rows, curls, etc.).
