The reel is a penn slammer size 5500 IV. It is used but in great working condition, plus the drag knob is new. Its also has a Gomexus power knob. The rod is a Diawa 7ft rod also used but in great conditions except the top little hole that the line goes through is missing a part, but still works like new. This part can be easily bought and put into the top hole. Penn slammer costs 350$ brand new and the rod costs 105$ This is already a steal for 175$
