We recently purchased a 2008 Lexus ES 350 from Case Motors Company in Orange County, and the experience was fantastic. Allie and Justin were incredibly down-to-earth and responsive, even replying to messages late in the day. They were flexible enough to schedule a Sunday morning visit, provided a full Carfax report, and allowed our trusted mechanic to inspect the car. Although I didn't use their in-house financing, they were perfectly willing to hold the vehicle for about a week until I secured financing through my own credit union. The car was delivered in excellent condition, with a full tank of gas and thoroughly cleaned. It drives perfectly—no issues, no unusual sounds. This level of transparency and customer service is exactly the kind of experience you'd want when buying a used car. I highly recommend Case Motors Company and encourage others to check them out. Purchased 2016 Hyundai Veloster with the help of Allie and Justin.  To describe Allie and Justin as professionals and very helpful is an understatement.  I think they are one of the most kind and genuine people I encountered in car purchase dealings.  It’s a remarkable experience.  I wish you’d all give this company a call. Unfortunately, our experience was not good. We bought a used 2018 Hyundai Elantra for our son after he suffered a car accident and his car was totaled. The car was purchased in September for $8900. They sold it to us without guarantee however, we were under the impression that the cars would at the very least be inspected by Case Motors for issues prior to being sold.

Not even 3 months in, the car is having issues. It started to randomly revving and having acceleration/gear shifting issues. We took it to the dealership and the car needs a new crankshaft sensors, there were corroded cables due to an old battery leaking and it also needs a new transmission. It's about $6000 all together.

We have contacted Case Motors, talked to Ashley and set her a video of the car doing what it shouldn't be doing. She said she would show it to Justin and get back to us. We never heard back from them.

We are considering our legal options. A  $9000 car shouldn't last only 3 months.

This is the most honest and legitimate car dealership I have done business with in 13 years. The vehicle was as described, passes smog, no engine check light. All the imperfections of the vehicle were mentioned. I did not feel rushed to make a decision from these honest people. This place is very transparent and I would recommend family to go here.

Justin and Allie were fantastic. Helpful, quick to respond, friendly and honest. It is a neat little business they have going.  Made the process completely fast and simple.  I wasn't there 30 minutes when I came to pick up my new vehicle, they had everything ready for me. The quality of the car was immaculate and just as promised. I feel like I made friends out of doing business with Case Motors. A+
