Description

This is a stunning Chinese pewter basin. It is inlaid with both brass and copper. Has a scholar in the middle of it standing on what looks like a fish. There are other various objects engraved, and inlayed into it. This material is quite soft, so it is quite easy to vent and scratch so there are some scratches. Presents on it, but very few dents or damage to it. This is quite amazing considering how old this item is. Take a look at all the photos to see general condition and dimensions and weight. I believe it to be from the late Qing dynasty.
