My prior experience with Carr dealerships were positive, which encouraged my return, but my experience with this dealership, Carr Subaru was subpar and frankly, disappointing. I liked my salesperson for the most part, but my interactions with the sales manager (Dane) soured my buying experience. Amongst some other rude and off putting comments, printing out and blowing up an email a new customer sends saying they are “potentially interested in buying a second vehicle” and saying it is committing to buying said second vehicle is distasteful and a poor way to treat a customer. I later found that the dealership had also left the car on empty, even though it’s on the window sticker that the purchase includes a full tank of gas. Ultimately, I completed my vehicle purchase for one of the vehicles I wanted but left feeling very frustrated and displeased. I will not return to this dealership and probably no other Carr dealership in the future after this experience.

I went to a lot of dealerships in the last couple months on my car search, and Carr was hands down the best experience I’ve had. Zach and David did an amazing job! I went in multiple times and chatted via email and not once did I feel pressured into buying a vehicle. They each listened and addressed my concerns with buying a new car. I will absolutely be recommending Carr to my family and friends

Eric is the best sales person at Carr Subaru, from the moment I walked into the dealership he was very welcoming and attentive. I was purchasing a vehicle for the first time by myself and I felt quite nervous, but Eric was very patient and answered all of my questions. I did not feel rushed or pressured whatsoever throughout the entire  experience. I knew what I wanted coming into the dealership and he knew exactly what car to show me, he’s an expert in car sales and he will be my go to salesman! Will I be buying from Carr Subaru again? Absolutely! Thanks to Eric!

Jared went above and beyond to get me into a beautiful car with low miles, in which he called, "the unicorn." Very personable, with great customer service and great eye for detail.  What a relief that he was our salesman. The team finished the deal on his day off and did an amazing job also.  Another really good experience at Beaverton Carr Subaru.
