It does have the #10 on the bottom. I don't see any flaw in this bowl. It looks as if it were brand new. This came from my deceased sister-in-law's home. Her children were cleaning out everything and disposing of almost everything. I tried to save some of the treasure of America. I have been pricing this on the internet and have seen it priced (with flaws and damaged) at $72.00. I was in total awe. 10" diameter at top 3.5" deep bowl 5" for bottom width
