Story of ProPress. After taxes he paid 2,649. He sent it to DeWalt referencing an “inconsistent trigger”; sent only the bare tool in and received a whole new Box, Tool, 2,batts, charger None of his scuffs, just infallible-took plenty of pics-even the small ports where assembly is, zero dust. Of the 4 jaws, 2 are unused 2 are in an easy 90% condition. The 2nd box I would rate as 90% as well. He wants to do this fairly and BOTH maximize the return on the commitment he made last year, while also just taking a huge amount so there’s no collecting dust.
