Kidkraft Woodland View Playhouse

Kidkraft woodland playhouse. Bought from Costco for $800 about a year ago. Only selling cause kid doesn’t play on it anymore. I have the instructions but the company also has video assembly available online. I also have the spikes to nail it to the ground but I didn’t use those. It’s a stable piece and fairly open design so wind goes through it and it’s held up fine. You will have to pickup. You will need a truck or decent size suv. It’s currently assembled but I can help you disassemble and move to your vehicle. You will need a mechanic tool set or wrenches, hex key set, screwdriver or impact drill to disassemble. My guess is disassembly and loading will take between 30mins-1hour. So plan accordingly. Slide, ladder, climbing toy come off pretty easy. Rest of it can be taken apart as much as needed to haul.
