I paid $1148 for the sofa, but will sell for $450. The sofa's two end units are recliners. I paid $1048.00 for the loveseats, but will sell for $400. The loveseats are rocking chairs and recliners. I paid $598 for tbe chair, but will sell for $300.00. The chair is a rocking chair and recliner. The color of the units are: Engage Mountain Chocolate with a little color of mocha. Both the sofa and love seats have phone charging capabilities. Purchased July 2022 from Furniture & Mattress Surplus Warehouse, Arden, NC. I am moving and need to sell my furniture. Serious inquiries only. Furniture is maintained in a smoke-free environment. The buyer is responsible for pickup.
