1985 27’ Power Sail Boat for sale! The sports car of sailboats. Located in the beautiful Oceanside Harbor. It’s a several years wait list to get a slip! Boat gets monthly cleaning. Pink slip in hand. We are not sailors so we don’t take the boat out. We keep the boat docked. The boat has to be functional and has to meet high standards in order to be there. The boat just passed inspection on 9/5 with the harbor administration. They did a thorough inspection. The boat does turn on. It has to be driven to the inspection dock. Serious Inquiries Only! Sails have been stored properly. Has a Yamaha 60 outboard motor. Comes with slip and Dhingy! Private, clean bathrooms strictly for boat renters only located directly behind the boat.
