Sohmer specialized in building high-quality, expensive pianos and they are known as being one of the finest manufacturers in America. This piano is made of beautiful book-matched wood and is of the carved Victorian style. Although the cabinet is beautifully carved, it is also beautifully proportioned with an overall elegant appearance. This model is a full-size “upright grand” which will have the sound of a full grand piano after professional restoration.
