I was looking to purchase a car and was met with the best service I've ever had in my life. Shout out to Ricardo Cedeno and Jimmy Albasaleh for making this deal happen! I brought in my credit union approval and they worked with their finance department to get me deal. Though this isn't my first car purchase from a dealership but I would recommend anyone who is buying their first car to go to them as they explain every option you have very thoroughly. 10/10 would recommend them, they made me a lifetime customer! Give these guys a raise!

After my daughter was hit by someone going through a stop, we thought that was the worst that could happen. Then the body shop called and said her car was a total loss. We both apprehensive to have to buy a new car. I went in thinking we would walk away without really ending up with anything. I felt so helpless trying to help my daughter myself. But Juan Valencia did his best to find us a car that matched our needs and our price point. Both he and Hugo, the manager, were so helpful, we ended up driving out with a new car! It was a miracle! I am so grateful for all the work they put in to help us be able to get a new car. Even the finance department stayed late. Thank you, Gabby! Staying late after hours helping us out was truly kind! Thank you, Juan! Thank you, Hugo! We appreciate it more than you know!

Purchasing a car from Chevrolet of Montebello was truly a wonderful experience!  Everyone was super friendly, kind and helpful. The process is more technology based than it was 5 1/2 years ago when I purchased my last Equinox and technology is not my forte.  Juan Valencia, my salesman, was extremely patient and guided me through the process.  I couldn't have managed without his assistance; he is truly great!  My intention was to purchase a used Equinox but at Juan's suggestion, I test drove a new all electric Equinox RS EV and fell in love with the way the car handles.  End of story.  One very happy customer!  Thank you to everyone who had a part in my very pleasant experience at Chevrolet of Montebello; I am very appreciative!

I initially had a great experience purchasing my vehicle at Chevy of Montebello, with excellent customer service. However, my experience took a turn when I tried to get a refund for my service contract after selling the vehicle. I submitted all the necessary documents, only to be told they would be submitted the next business day. Four weeks later, I followed up and found that nothing had been done. There was no apology, and no one from the office reached out to me. Now, an additional month has passed, and I’m still waiting for a response. I’ve left messages but haven’t received any callbacks. This lack of communication and follow-through is incredibly frustrating." I  Dissatisfied with the customer service. And no one seems to care.

If I could give them less than 1 star I would. They took advantage of the fact that I was a young female by myself entering a dealership for the first time ever. Sold me a car with no working charging ports, and no windshield wiper fluid. I filled up the wiper fluid myself and it still wasn’t working. Come to find out the reason it wasn’t working is because the cord that sprays the fluid isn’t connected to anything! So it just sprays all over my engine whenever I turn it on. They failed to disclose ANY of this information when they sold the car to me for WAY more money than they should have, given all these issues. Never shopping here again ESPECIALLY without a man present. The way they take advantage of women is disgusting.
