Description
-I have two pulley "carriages" one takes Olympic, the other standard weights, I will include both. - high AND low pulley -its heavy duty and gap between holes is less than the typical 2" gaps on the el cheapo ones on Amazon, giving you much greater precision as far as where you set your safety bars for squats and bench presses (I think it's 1" gaps). -6 "catches" altogether 4 red (2 padded for noise reduction, 2 not) and 2 extra long black ones. -pullup bar in front. -i have a large bulky kinda awkward foot platform (not pictured) that you put across the bottom crossbar to do middle back rows with the low pulley. Works real well once it's slapped in place. -the cheap pulley wheels on most Amazon racks, including this one, kind of suck. I usually keep a stock of 1-2 cheap ebay $6 or $7 replacement pulleys on hand, but i dont have any now. You'll want to buy some because the bearings will eventually go on them here and there if you're using 100+ lbs on the pulley. It's then really annoying noises and lack of smoothness if you have to wait 3 weeks for one to come from ebay. So keep some around. Maybe if u buy better replacement ones than they came with (unlike me) then that won't happen, but I was too cheap to try it. -free Olympic 7' barbell generic, kinda rusty but not unusable by any means, and it's solid (not pictured). That standard 1" barbell you see in the pictures is not included. -free black area rug to put your rack on if you need something (not pictured). You'll want to wash it though it was last used in my old garage. Will help make sure rack doesn't have any wonkiness if your floor is a touch uneven like mine is. -I have some white lithium grease spray I'll give you IF I can find it, it's what I've always greased the pulley pole with. Not sure where I put it. -the only pulley attachments I'm giving up with this is the pulldown bar with the two pieces of sport tape on it. I'm keeping the ropes and hammer grip and other pulley attachments you see scattered about. -nothing else you see in these pictures is included at all unless specifically listed as such above. -its is assembled so people can see it. I will only disassemble it in advance if you are 100% getting it, otherwise you can see it and we can disassemble it together and I'll help you load it up. -its is not perfect. It is a giant used collection of pieces of metal that have been banged around by heavy weights. If you want commercial grade, you'll have to pay far more than this. -The brand is TDS. They make sturdy stuff. I believe its rated at 1,000 pounds. But no bells and whistles. -83" tall, 58" wide (allow room for loading & unloading a 7' barbell though), and 65" deep with pulley tower (or 50" without it) Okay, that's it.
