Description
Seven feet long by three feet wide couch in good condition. Well cared for in a non-smoking home. Great for sleeping or TV/reading. One very tiny tear on the back. Will require two to transport it down a short curb and a short, paved walkway to the parking lot. NO STAIRS. I moved into a studio apartment and it's just too big for this place, so I'm buying a loveseat that's perfect for me. Can view this Thursday afternoon or anytime Friday or Sunday by appointment.
