I have a Marcy home gym with free weights included. (2) 45lb, (2) 35lb, (2) 5lb, (2) 2.5lb. Bars and pulls included. The cables need to be replaced, but they can be purchased on Amazon pretty easily. Haven’t taken it apart so not sure of the cable length, but it has been a reliable way to work out at home
